Remembering our shared humanity

refugees just need a home – and we have so much to share…

the mamas cry for their sick children – just like we do…

the elderly need patience and care – we will all be old some day…

the ‘others’ are afraid of our ‘foreign-ness’ too…

when will we learn to see our shared humanity in the eyes of those we fear or ignore…??

start today. look. pause. reach out. heal…
